Our mission is to enhance the wellness of our clients and to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual balance, through natural modalities: Craniosacral Therapy, Heart-Math, life coaching, massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and skincare.

Located at 1604 Visa Drive, Suite B, Normal IL, one block north of the intersection of College Avenue and Landmark Drive.

When You Arrive

If this is the first appointment you have made with us, please try to arrive ten minutes prior to your service. The additional ten minutes allows you ample time to complete an intake form, and take a few quiet moments for yourself.
